Frequently Asked Questions

Not in the traditional sense! Instead of browsing and applying for jobs directly, you create a profile with us. We then match you with job opportunities that align with your experience, skills, and preferences. When there’s a match, we share your profile with the employer.
Nope! We’re just the matchmakers. You’ll be directly hired by the employer we connect you with.

When we find a match, we’ll email you the details of the role, including requirements, location, and salary range. If you’re interested, you confirm, and we share your profile with the employer. They’ll then decide whether to invite you to start the interview process.

Here are a few tips to boost your chances:
  • Detail your work experience: Make sure your profile is complete and accurate. Include bullet points covering your responsibilities and achievements for each role.
  • Highlight your skills: We emphasize skills in our matching process. Add all relevant skills to your profile and rate your expertise. Focus on hard skills, but limit soft skills to five.
  • Create an intro video: This is optional but can make you stand out. Follow our video upload instructions here. You will find all video upload instructions here. Please only upload a video via this link once you have created your Space Talents profile.

We can’t guarantee a job, but we do our best to match you with opportunities. Your success depends on employer preferences and how well your profile fits their needs.
